Your role: to organize the school day and space of students, their support from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. 4 days a week and from 12:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. one day a week. Organization of educational processes in accordance with corporate standards. Conducting work with students based on their individual features. Formation of team spirit, creation of an atmosphere of trust, mutual respect and support between students, encouragement of collective work and cooperation. Resolving conflicts and misunderstandings between students, ensuring peaceful and constructive resolution of problems. Communication with teachers and parents, acting as a bridge between students and teachers and parents, ensuring open and effective communication. Organizing activities and projects that promote cohesion and team spirit. Ensuring that every student feels important and a full part of the class, regardless of their abilities or needs.
