Job SummaryDonegal Insurance Group has an opening for a Claims Supervisor in our Bodily Injury unit to join our Marietta, Pennsylvania office. The individual in this role will have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of Bodily Injury claims management experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical claims handling skills and the ability to supervise and provide leadership to the claims department. We are looking for a results-oriented claims professional with strong investigative skills and the ability to deliver quality claims service in a cost-effective manner. The specific offer will vary based on applicant’s education, qualifications, professional experience, skills, abilities, and any applicable designations/certifications. The posted pay range reflects our ability to hire at different position titles and levels depending on background and experience. The pay range may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.The base pay is just one component of Donegal’s total compensation package for employees. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.
