What we will instruct you:

  • Timely and correct registration of complaints in the SAP CRM system
  • Determining the direction of responsibility for complaints and directing them to responsible persons for internal investigation
  • Conducting internal investigations to identify the causes of process inconsistencies and corrective actions with the aim of avoiding similar inconsistencies in the future by categories: document delays, document errors, operational and logistical losses Monitoring the progress of complaints processing
  • Preparing responses to clients with the results of investigations< /li>
  • Calculating the amount of compensation to customers based on the results of internal investigations, checking documents confirming customer losses, and agreeing the amount of compensation in the SAP CRM system
  • Initiating and controlling compensation to customers, as well as calculating Company losses Formation of periodic reporting on complaints and compensations (month, quarter, year)
