Claims Management Specialist with knowledge of German in Nestle Ukraine LLC / Nestle Ukrayina, TOV

You are:   

• An experienced professional in analytics  

• Solid expertise in supply chain principles associated with "total delivered cost"  

• Skilled in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel and SAP  

• A great team player and fast learner 

• Adaptable to change and cope in a fast-paced environment  

• A professional with a customer-first mindset  

• Attentive to details  

• Proficiency in English (upper-intermediate level), German language – intermediate/upper-intermediate; 
   

With you we will:   

• Timely review and resolve additional freight charges and bill deputies;  

• Evaluate all freight claims and coordinate with customer service to ensure customer needs are met;  

• Check monthly invoice statements to ensure timely payment to terms is maintained;  

• Ensure accurate & timely receipt, authorization of load documents and freight accounts;  

• Plan management;  

• Utilize Continuous Improvement principles to identify issues and development areas
