To successfully support our company's customers, we are looking for a Claim Manager in this role you will: Consider incoming claims, requests received in electronic form and by phone from passengers and tourists of the company. Analyze received data, form plans for responding to the client and correspondence with the client. Communicate with clients and company divisions or third parties regarding claims and requests .Provide answers to typical requests and claims.Redirect atypical claims and requests to the responsible specialist.Formulate reports on processed requests and classify them.Formulate recommendations for improving the work of the department.Perform other related tasks related to claims and requests.We expect from you: Work experience in tourism or aviation, contact center, customer service and support. Experience in business correspondence in Ukrainian and English. Mandatory knowledge of the English language from B2 (fluent oral and written communication). Experience in working with a large amount of information. Experience in the formation and reporting analysis. Confident user of MC office 365, Ecxel (maintenance and construction of tables) Experience in Inventor, SAMO tour, CRM systems. Analytical mindset, stress resistance, customer orientation.
