Your main tasks will be:

• ensure the implementation of measures in the field of civil protection at fixed facilities of Ukrnafta;
• provide proposals, organize and monitor the implementation of measures to ensure compliance with the requirements of the legislation on creation, storage, maintenance , use and reconstruction of protective structures of civil protection;
• to record and keep documentation on the maintenance of protective structures of civil protection that are on balance (maintenance), organize their maintenance and ensure the readiness of these structures to shelter people in the event of an emergency emergency situations;
• organize the provision of workers at fixed Ukrnafta facilities with means of individual respiratory protection and means of collective protection;
• ensure posting of information (visual campaign) about safety measures and appropriate behavior of workers and the population living in the zones of possible damage, in the event of an accident at fixed facilities of Ukrnafta;
• organize the creation and ensuring the functioning of special, local and object warning systems;
• develop emergency response plans at fixed Ukrnafta facilities;
• develop civil protection plans at fixed Ukrnafta facilities for a special period that continues work in wartime and is categorized as civil protection;< /li>
• develop a plan-schedule for holding special eventsobject exercises and trainings on civil protection issues, organizes its implementation and reports on the results of the conducted exercises and trainings;
• organize and monitor the completion of civil protection training by Ukrnafta officials;
• to prepare reporting documents on civil protection issues;
• to accompany officials of state supervision bodies with the purpose of checking the readiness of civil protection forces to carry out work as intended.

We expect from you:

• full higher education in the relevant professional direction (military sciences, civil security, civil protection) at the educational and qualification level of a specialist, master;
• passing functional training in the field of civil protection;

• work experience in positions related to the organization of civil protection for at least 2 years;
• knowledge of the procedure for development, accounting, reproduction, storage, destruction of documents marked with access restriction;

• skills in working with MS Office software products: Word, Excel;
• fluency in business Ukrainian language;
• ordered documents, namely the existing military registration document according to the current by law, a passport (unexpired) and others.
