Requirements for candidates

1. Higher education technical 

security in the field of fire, civil and man-made protection.
2. Basic English proficiency
3. Computer knowledge: Ms Windows, Ms Office, other relevant software.
4. Strong leadership skills and the ability to work openly and consultatively with others.
5. Ability to maintain a high level of trust, independence, integrity, confidentiality.
6. Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
7. People and project management skills.
8. Initiative, innovation, ability to quickly manage changes, self-motivation.

Basic responsibilities:

1. Development of civil protection documents in accordance with the requirements of the Civil Protection Code of Ukraine, Legislative requirements of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the State Emergency Service, Fire Safety Rules in Ukraine; Plans, Instructions, Programs, Regulations, Procedures
2. Conducting risk assessment regarding man-made and fire safety
3. Providing staff training on Fire Safety Rules; of civil protection
4. Preparation of documents: orders, plans for conducting training exercises, emergency, firefighting, rescue from a confined space, rescue from a height, special object training.
5. Conducting object training - emergency, fire, rescue from a confined space, rescue from a height, special object training.
6. Preparation of reports on the conducted training and submission to auditors, as well as to the management of the State Emergency Service
7. Development and approval of instructions on fire and man-made safety, civil protection.
8. Creation of orders, decrees on matters of fire and man-made safety.
9. Ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Legislation in the field of man-made and fire safety, as well as implementation fire safety requirements, implementation of prescriptions, regulations that supervise in the field of man-made and fire safety, etc.
