Functional responsibilities: Reading drawings in the software package and design and estimate documentation; Participation in and preparation of tender documentation for the selection of contractors; Search for potential clients; Calculation of the cost of manufacturing and installation of metal structures; Work with contractors (if necessary); Formation of commercial proposals, estimates; Analysis of the construction and production of metal structures market; Monitoring of market prices for building materials and rolled metal products. Requirements: Higher education in construction (PGS), or work experience in the specialty (at least 3 years); Knowledge of laws, regulations and normative documents in the field of construction; Ability to read estimates and drawings. Knowledge of methods for preparing estimates, calculations, acceptance certificates; Ability to work in Microsoft Office, ABK-5, AutoCAD software systems.
