Circular Construction Manager in HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation

Background:Repair Facilitation Program in Ukraine is a Swiss Solidarity-funded project implemented by Helvetas in collaboration with DESPRO.The goal of the current stage of theProject – Phase 3(February 2024 – January 2025) is to respond to prevailing Shelter/WASH needs of IDP living in collective sites (CS) in Kharkiv Oblasts whose houses have suffered direct damage from the conflict, as well as winterisation needs of conflict affected population in Kyiv and Kharkiv Oblasts.
