Забезпечення виконання всіх запланованих заходів вчасно, врамках бюджету, відповідно достандартів якості тазгідно зщомісячним планом.Надавати підтримку керівникам програм та їхнім командам увиконанні квартальних, місячних і тижневих планів діяльності для досягнення очікуваних результатів. Цевключає планування діяльності тазакупівель.Визначати потреби тапрогалини впрограмах і проактивно пропонувати заходи, спрямовані напосилення захисного реагування.Робити внесок урозробку стратегічних напрямків і планів сектору вкраїні.Тісно співпрацювати з різними партнерами для забезпечення координації тапредставництва Tdh.Брати участь урозробці нових пропозицій.Моніторинг тазвітність:Забезпечувати технічний нагляд закомандамиCP та міграції тапроводити регулярний моніторинг і оцінку діяльності.Регулярно підтримувати зв’язок зпартнерами для виявлення прогалин і проблем, атакож для забезпечення якісного впливуCP та підходу до міграції/переміщення.Тісно співпрацювати зі спеціалістом змоніторингу таоцінки для забезпечення збору даних, наявності відповідних технічних інструментів, аналізу тавикористання даних для кращого звітування про діяльність тазабезпечення якісних послуг для бенефіціарів.Підготовка щомісячних звітів надодаток до інших завдань зі звітності відповідно довимог донорів тапартнерів.Розбудова потенціалу:Визначення потреб унавчанні татренінгах і розробка стратегії розбудови потенціалу.Забезпечення подальшого навчання зпитань захисту дітей, міграції таправ біженців, деценеобхідно.Адвокація татренінги (внутрішні тазовнішні) зпитань CPMS.Координація:Координувати роботу з іншими гуманітарними партнерами та місцевими органами влади у цільових регіонах, якщо ценеобхідно для ефективної тарезультативної реалізації проектів.Брати участь у відповідних координаційних зустрічах зпитань захисту біженців тазахисту дітей, атакож сприяти роботі таекспертизі TdhПолітика захисту дітей:Зобов’язується дотримуватися Політики захисту дітей. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESTechnical expertise: Projects Design, Planning and Implementation Leads context analysis, including on current and future displacement trends, and technical situational, beneficiaries vulnerabilities and needs analysis that form a basis Tdh programming in the region Leads the development of technical program designs, with clear implementation methodologies, tools and other required technical guidance for field rollout.Provide technical leadership in Child Protection and Migration in accordance with best practice and Tdh policy. Ensure that all planned related activities are implemented on time, within the budget, according to quality standards and as per the monthly plan.Support the program managers and their teams, to follow quarterly, monthly and weekly activity plans to achieve expected results. This includes planning of activities, and procurement.Identify needs and gaps in programming and proactively suggest activities to enhance the protection response.Contribute to the development of country sector strategic direction and plans.Work closely with various partners to ensure coordination and representation of Tdh.Contribute to develop new proposals.Monitoring and Reporting:Ensure technical supervision of the CP and Migration teams and conduct regular monitoring and evaluation activitiesOn a regular basis, liaise with partners to identify gaps and challenges as well as to ensure quality impact of the CP and migration/displacement approach.Work closely with M&E officer to ensure data are collected, adequate technical tools are in place and data is analysed and used to better report on activities and to ensure quality services for beneficiaries.Draft monthly reports in addition to other reporting tasks as per donors and partners requirements.Capacity buildingIdentify training & coaching needs and develop a capacity building strategy.Provide follow-up child protection, migration and refugee rights training where required.Advocacy and training (internal and external) on CPMS.CoordinationCoordinate with other humanitarian partners and local authorities in the target areas, as relevant for the effective and efficient implementation of the projects.Attend relevant refugee protection and child protection coordination meetings and promote Tdh work and expertiseChild Safeguarding PolicyCommit to respect the Child Safeguarding Policy.
