Duties: To be the technical leader of the company, to provide a long-term strategy for the development of technological capabilities to meet the needs of the client and the business goals of the company ;Form the R&D function and development plan to achieve goals in accordance with the company's strategy;Ensure monitoring and implementation of trends, ideas, solutions and technologies. Create products and new services in accordance with customer needs and trends in technology development. Bringing them to the market together with the commercial function; Cooperation with all technical directions and their leaders. The ability to identify needs and find solutions to solve them in a timely manner; Form a function of technical quality control, conduct internal technical audits and adhere to best practices of implementation and development of solutions; Provide comprehensive management of the architecture of solutions provided to the client; Provide general management of BPM and BCM functions of the company; On an ongoing basis, research market trends and implement them into the technological strategy development; Participation in the formation of technical standards for the delivery of teams, monitoring their compliance; Evaluation, selection and attraction of new vendors and partners; Being a center of technical expertise for the company and customers; Increasing competitiveness by attracting new solutions and technologies. Skills: 5+ years experience as a service station or similar position; High level of expertise in information technology, software and innovation; Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to motivate and manage a team; High standards of quality and responsibility in the performance of tasks; Experience in managing a portfolio of large-scale, technological of complex, rapidly developing projects; Ability to make strategic decisions in conditions of limited information; Free influency in English at B2/C1 level; Deep knowledge of project management and strategic planning; Experience with international projects will be an advantage.
