Chief Technology Officer in Dataweb Global Group

Company Dataweb Global Group is looking for a specialist for the role of Chief Technology Officer/STO.

Dataweb Global Group is an international provider of hosting and IT infrastructure services. We provide comprehensive solutions for IT infrastructure based on dedicated servers, consisting of components from world-class suppliers, cloud services and content delivery services.

We work with businesses that need customized solutions to manage large computing power: large VoD platforms, Martech/Adtech platforms, Fintech, AI/ML training and computing, gaming industry and many others.

Main Responsibilities:

- Development, implementation and optimization of IT infrastructure and information security systems

- Security provision , reliability, availability and productivity of the company's IT infrastructure

- Planning and implementation of IT projects, including migrations, integrations, deployments, audits and assessments

- Implementation of strategies to optimize the operation of data centers, taking into account the company's needs and energy efficiency standards

- Ensuring comprehensive management of the architecture of solutions provided to clients

- Development and implementation of IT policies, procedures and standards for IT infrastructure

- Building effective teamwork, partnership and cross-divisional interaction with other teams

- Researching market trends in the development of technologies, infrastructure solutions and their introduction to the technological development strategy

Requirements:

- At least 5 years of similar work experience in IT service companies

- In-depth technical expertise in the optimization of IT infrastructure and operation of Data Centers, understanding of network architecture, principles of operation of servers, databases and other hosting infrastructure systems

- In-depth knowledge of project management and strategic planning

- Basic administration of Linux, MacOS, Windows

- Management skills and the ability to analyze the results of team work

- Excellent communication skills skills, the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels

- English language skills at the upper-intermediate level and above
