We are inviting you, a highly motivated and results-oriented Chief Technology Officer to join our team on a full-time basis.As the Chief Technology Officer, you will be at the helm of our technology department, steering the development and implementation of our technological vision and strategy. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering innovation, enhancing our trading platforms' performance, and maintaining the highest levels of security and user experience. Your role will be crucial in ensuring our company not only keeps pace with but outstrips competitors in the fast-evolving trading market.The engineering department consists of 90+ experienced specialists (Front-End, Back-End developers, Android Developers, iOS Developers, DevOps, QA, Product Owners, Project Managers, Data Engineers, Data Scientists) and continues to grow.Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a cohesive technology strategy that aligns with the company's business goals, focusing on accelerating growth and enhancing competitive advantage. Ensure our trading infrastructure supports high-volume, low-latency trading with maximum uptime;- Leadership: Lead the technology team by fostering an innovative, collaborative, and high-performance culture. Mentor and develop the team to ensure they are proficient in the latest technologies and methodologies;- Innovation: Drive technological innovation to improve trading platforms, back-office systems, and client-facing applications. Ensure our technology stack is scalable, reliable, and can support rapid growth and international expansion;- Risk Management: Oversee the development and implementation of robust cybersecurity measures to protect client data and company assets. Ensure compliance with international financial regulations and standards;- Vendor and Partner Management: Negotiate and manage relationships with software vendors, technology partners, and service providers to ensure they meet the company's standards for quality and service;- Performance Optimization: Regularly review and optimize the performance of the IT infrastructure and systems to ensure they meet the demands of the business, including high transaction volumes and fast execution speeds;- Customer Focus: Ensure that technology initiatives drive improved user experience and customer satisfaction. Be proactive in identifying and implementing technology solutions that meet the evolving needs of traders;- Research and Development: Stay abreast of new trends and technologies in the financial and tech industries. Evaluate and propose the adoption of new technologies that can benefit the company.Requirements- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a technology leadership role, preferably in the financial services or trading industry. Ideally with a strong background in developing and optimizing trading platforms like MT4 and MT5;- Proven track record of developing and executing technology strategies that have contributed to measurable business growth;- Extensive experience with trading platforms, financial software development, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure management;- Strong leadership and team development skills, with the abilityto inspire and motivate a high-performing technology team;- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels;- Deep understanding of the regulatory environment and compliance requirements relevant to the trading industry;- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
