Requirements: technical education; advanced technical background ;experience in a product service station; interest in new technologies; the ability to deeply dive into the technology of the product produced by the team; leadership qualities, strategic thinking, developed problem solving skills, developed analytics and product analysis, high communication skills; the ability to build highly effective development teams; the ability to weigh make decisions in stressful situations; the ability to work with details in multitasking mode.
