Chief Technology Officer in Dataweb Global Group

Company Dataweb Global Group is looking for a specialist for the role of Chief Technology Officer/STO.

Dataweb Global Group is an international provider of hosting and IT infrastructure services. We provide comprehensive solutions for IT infrastructure based on dedicated servers, consisting of components from world-class suppliers, cloud services and content delivery services.

We work with businesses that need customized solutions for managing large computing capabilities: major VoD platforms, Martech/Adtech platforms, Fintech, AI/ML training and computing, gaming industry and many more.

Main responsibilities:

• IT infrastructure planning and optimization of the company's technological development strategy within the global strategy and plans development
• Development, implementation and optimization of IT infrastructure and information security systems
• Ensuring security, reliability, availability and productivity of the company's IT infrastructure
• IT planning and implementation -projects, including migrations, integrations, deployments, audits and assessments
• Implementation of optimization strategies of data centers, taking into account the needs of the company and energy efficiency standards
• Ensuring comprehensive management of the architecture of solutions provided to clients< /li>
• Development and implementation of IT policies, procedures and standards for IT infrastructure
• Planning and management of budgets
• Building effective teamwork, partnership and cross-divisional interaction with by other teams
• Research of market trends in technology development, infrastructure solutions and their implementation into the technological development strategy

Requirements:

• Experience of similar work at least 5 years in IT service companies
• In-depth technical expertise in optimizing IT infrastructure and the operation of Data Centers, understanding network architecture, principles of operation of servers, databases and other hosting infrastructure systems
• In-depth knowledge of project management and strategic planning
• Higher technical education required
• Basic administration of Linux, MacOS, Windows
• Management skills and the ability to analyze the results of team work
• Excellent communication skills, the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
• Proficiency in English at the upper-intermediate level and above
