In connection with the expansion of the staff, a vacancy has been opened Technologist for the production of cosmetics.

Requirements

• Higher special education (chemical, pharmaceutical, biotechnological or technical).

• Knowledge of 1C:8 and Excel programs.

• Knowledge of quality standards of cosmetic production and requirements of international quality management systems.

• Experience of working in the food, pharmaceutical or cosmetic industry - will advantage.

Responsibilities

• Controlling the operation of cosmetic product makers at all stages of production.

• Ensuring stable product quality by observing technological regimes.

• Controlling operations at all stages — from preparation of raw materials to transfer of products to packaging.

• Interaction with production laboratory.

• Control of compliance of semi-finished products with approved recipes.

• Development of production standards and participation in the creation of product specifications.

• Maintenance and updating of regulatory and technical documentation.

• Preparation of technological instructions for personnel, conducting training and briefings.

• Organization of production quality control and interaction with the laboratory at all stages.

• Analysis of test results and implementation of corrective measures.

• Control of raw material consumption according to norms.

• Management of personnel of the brewing shop.

• Control and adjustment of the technological process as necessary.
