Tasks you will workon: Strategy &InnovationsDrive technological and solutions innovations inthe company toachieve company business goals.Recognize, evaluate, select and then manage the study ofexternal technologies and third-party tools &solutions. Organize the transfer ofobtained knowledge tothe Delivery department.Negotiate &collaborate with the companyâs Strategic Technological Partners and ClientsBuild and manage the R&D team ofthe most talented engineersManage research and development (R&D) activities.Collaborate with the Marketing department toidentify new markets &opportunities. Estimate risks.Collaborate with the Sales department toutilize the innovative &technological potential ofthe company fully. Find technological solutions for challenging R&Dprojects.Monitor technology and social trends that could impact the company.Maintain current information about technology standards and compliance regulations and ensure company products &services meet these requirements.Implementation &DeploymentSelect ordefine the companyâs software development methodology.Establish and supervise the software development process, setting short-term objectives and assessing progress asdefined bythe selected software development methodology.Establish and supervise aquality assurance process, including integration and system testing.Select, deploy, and monitor performance profiling tools and procedures.Develop standard SLA (Service Level Agreement) for the Delivery department.đ§âđ»Skills youâll need:Excellent public speaking and strong communication skills, with excellent written, presentation, and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
