We are looking for a Chief Technical Officer to strengthen the RnD team of one of our partners. This company is engaged in the creation of devices that help to hit enemy targets.

Required skills and experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the position of Chief Technical Officer or a similar technical position, with a focus on hardware/embedded product development for mass production;
• Deep knowledge in hardware design and development;
• Experience working with modern technologies and tools for hardware development;
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and make decisions under conditions of uncertainty;
• Considerable experience in device circuit design, including calculation of circuit elements and device operation simulations;
• Understanding the operation of various types of antennas, frequency amplifiers, radio receivers;

Functions and tasks:

1. Technological strategy:

• Development and implementation of the company's technological strategy;
• Determination of priority areas of research and development (R&D);

2. Innovation and research:

• Search and implementation of new technologies and solutions;

3. Product development:

• Development process management;
• Ensuring product compliance with market requirements and quality standards;

4. Technical management:

• Management of teams of engineers and developers;

5. Project management:

• Coordination and control of key technological projects;
• Ensuring compliance with project deadlines and budgets;

6. System architecture:

• Development and support of system and platform architecture;
• Ensuring scalability and reliability of technical solutions;

7. Quality and standards:

• Implementation and maintenance of quality standards in development and production;

8. Cooperation with other departments:

• Interaction with marketing, sales and production to agree on technical requirements;
• Support for technology integration into business processes;

9. Talent management:

• Recruitment, training and development of technical specialists;
• Formation and support of a highly professional team;

10. Patent management:

• Ensuring the protection of the company's intellectual property;
• Management of the process of patenting new technologies and solutions;

11. Financial planning:

• Participation in budgeting and planning of R&D expenses;
• Control over the effective use of budget funds;

12. Feedback from customers:

• Collection and analysis of feedback from customers and users;
• Vusing improvements based on received data;

13. Participation in strategic planning:

• Participation in the creation of the overall strategy of the company's development;

14. International cooperation:

• Interaction with international partners and organizations;
• Participation in international projects and conferences.
