We are seeking an experienced, process driven, Chief Technology Officer to lead our technology strategy and drive innovation within our organization. The CTO will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products, operations and technical deliveries, ensuring our technology infrastructure supports our growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering scalable, technology solutions within a B2B environment.
The CTO will be responsible for the technical operations of the business, including but not limited to the Integrations, Engineering and Development teams. The position is based remotely or in Lviv, Ukraine.

Responsibilities:

Project Management
● Management of various product, integration, engineering and development teams
● Management of 3rd party technical service providers and contractors
● Oversee that projects are efficiently scheduled, planned and delivered on time
● Identifying and implementing new processes and routines to optimise workflows
● Closely tracking and monitoring platform performance and requirements
● Developing new resources where requiredTechnology Strategy and Innovation
● Review, refine and optimise existing processes and work flows
● Develop and execute a technology roadmap aligned with business objectives
● Lead the research and evaluation of emerging technologies and trends
● Identify opportunities for product enhancements and new feature development

Team Leadership and Development
● Build and lead a high-performing technology team, currently 4 direct reports
● Manage and optimise existing resources for maximum efficiency and scale
● Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, promoting professional growth
● Establish clear objectives for the technology team

Software Development and Architecture
● Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from design and development to deployment and maintenance.
● Manage and optimize the company’s technology infrastructure

Required Experience and Qualities:
● Proven management level experience within technology or software companies
● Minimum of 3 years in a management level technology role, preferably at CTO
● iGaming experience preferred but not essential
● Advanced level understanding of frameworks such as Scrum, Agile and Kanban
● General knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
● Microservices (NodeJS)
