Challenges You’ll Tackle for The First 6 Months:

- Code Standardization: Work on improving our code standardization to enhance quality and consistency.
- Gitflow Control: Oversee and control Gitflows to ensure smooth, efficient development processes.
- Bug-Free Development: Strive for bug-free development, maintaining high standards and reliability in our codebase.
What You Bring:
- At least 5 years of proven experience in a senior leadership role, overseeing software development and technology operations.
- Extensive hands-on experience with cloud and virtual infrastructures.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, DevOps practices, and agile frameworks.
- Deep knowledge of cybersecurity principles, protocols, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
