The South-Western Interregional Department of the State Labor Service is by the territorial body of the State Labor Service of Ukraine, which is subordinate to it.

The powers of the Interregional Administration extend to the territory of Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil, and Chernivtsi regions.

The main tasks of the Interregional Administration are:

1) implementation of state policy in the fields of industrial safety, labor protection, occupational hygiene, handling of explosive materials for industrial purposes, implementation of state mining supervision, as well as on issues of supervision and control of compliance with legislation on labor, employment of the population, mandatory state social insurance in terms of assignment, calculation and payment of assistance, compensation, provision of social services and other types of material support for the purpose of compliance with rights and guarantees insured persons;

2) implementation of comprehensive management of labor protection and industrial safety at the interregional level;

C) implementation of state supervision and control in the field of activities related to objects of increased danger.

We are looking for a focused professional who can work in a quality and result oriented manner.

 Key responsibilities:

• state control over compliance with labor legislation by units that are not legal entities and natural persons using hired labor.
• Exercise of state control over compliance with labor legislation, employment of the population in terms of compliance with the rights of citizens during hiring and employees during dismissal; use of labor of foreigners and stateless persons; hiring employees for their further performance of work in Ukraine for another employer; observance of the rights and guarantees regarding the employment of citizens who have additional guarantees in the promotion of employment; implementation of activities for the provision of mediation and employment services.
• Performance of state control over compliance by enterprises, institutions, organizations, including enterprises, organizations of public organizations of persons with disabilities, natural persons who use hired labor, legislation on employment and employment of persons with disabilities in the part of:

-registration in the regional branch of the Fund of social protection of persons with disabilities;

-submission of reports on employment and employment of persons with disabilities;

-implementation of the standard of workplaces intended for employment of persons with disabilities.

• Compilation of protocols on administrative offenses in the cases provided for by law, examines cases of such offenses and imposes administrative penalties.
• Consideration of appeals from citizens on issues within the competence.

Basic requirements:

• Degree of higher education not lower than bachelor's, junior bachelor's;
• Fluency in the state language (written and spoken);
• For conscripts, it is mandatory to have a military registration document;
• Absence of criminal records, as well as administrative fines for offenses related to corruption;
• Knowledge of legislative and regulatory acts in the field of labor legislation;
• Availability of competencies: orientation to results, teamwork, attention to details.
• A confident PC user;
• Readiness for business trips.
