Job duties

payment of pensions, monthly cash support to retired judges, funeral assistance and other payments in accordance with the law. Ensuring compliance with the procedure for processing documents for the payment of pensions, housing subsidies and benefits, all types of state social assistance and other payments;

ensuring automated processing:

- pension documentation related to the payment of pensions, housing subsidies and benefits, all types of state social assistance and other payments;

- timely production of documents for the payment of pensions, housing subsidies and benefits, all types of state social assistance and other payments;

- monthly life-long stipend for retired judges, burial allowance and other payments in accordance with the law;

ensuring timely detection of excess amounts of paid pensions, housing subsidies and benefits, all types of state social assistance, other payments and providing the necessary information to the department for deductions from pensions, housing subsidies and benefits for accounting and taking measures regarding them compensation;

preparation and provision to the bodies of the State Executive Service of a certificate of accrued amounts based on a court decision in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated September 3, 2014 No. 440;

preparation of information related to:

- payment of pensions, housing subsidies and benefits, all types of state social assistance and other payments;

- letters to banking institutions about the underfunding of funds for the payment of pensions, housing subsidies and benefits, all types of state social assistance and other payments;

- refund of pensions, housing subsidies and benefits, all types of state social assistance and other payments;

conducting information and outreach work on the issue of payment of pensions, housing subsidies and benefits, all types of state social assistance and other payments;

participation in consideration of appeals, applications and complaints of citizens, enterprises, institutions and organizations, preparation of draft responses to them.

Terms of payment

position salary - UAH 23,994. (taking into account the requirements of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated April 25, 2023 No. 391 "Some issues of remuneration of employees of state bodies and local self-government bodies during martial law");

salary allowance for the rank in accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 18, 2017 No. 15 "Issues of remuneration of employees of state bodies" (with changes);

an allowance for years of service in accordance with para. 2 and 4 of Clause 12 of the Final Provisions of the Law of Ukraine dated 09.11.2023 No. 4059-IX "On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2025", Law of Ukraine dated 10.12.2015 No. 889-VIII "On Civil Service", Procedure for calculating seniority of civil service, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 25.03.2016 No. 229;

award in accordance with Article 52 of the Law of Ukraine "On Civil Service".

Informationstatement on the term of appointment to the position

on a temporary basis, before the appointment of the winner of the competition to this position, or until the expiration of 12 months after the termination or abolition of martial law
