Functional Responsibilities:

• Performing an active search and recruitment of personnel within the framework of vacant positions of the bank's structural divisions;
• Evaluation labor market, working with job sites, social networks and other specialized resources to find and attract potential candidates;
• Conducting telephone interviews;
• Preparation and conduct of interviews, evaluation of candidates according to competencies;
• Formation and provision of feedback based on the results of conducted interviews;< /li>
• Organization and support of the process of approval and registration of candidates;
• Participation in the process of adaptation of new employees;
• Preparation of performance reports

• Higher education;
