Chief specialist (procurement) of the Engineering Infrastructure Department* in Nacionalniy bank Ukrayini

Functional tasks:

• Creates appropriate material and technical support for the full-fledged operation of the engineering infrastructure of the National Bank;
• Consolidates the needs of the National Bank divisions regarding material and technical support in the relevant direction;
• Performs market analysis, conducts marketing research, determination of market prices for material and technical resources;
• Prepares generalized information on the planning of procurement of material and technical values in the relevant direction;
• Creates Request No. 1 and Request No. 2 in SAP for the consolidated purchase of material and technical values for the needs of the National Bank divisions and accompanies the procurement procedures of goods, works and services;
• Prepares conclusions on compliance of the participant in the procurement procedure, whose tender offer was determined to be the most economically advantageous, according to the evaluation results, to the qualification criteria, as well as the compliance of the participant's tender offer with the technical part of the tender documentation;
• Performs operational work on processing and creating in the automated SAP system orders for the supply of material assets, performance of works and services in the relevant direction;
• Controls the expenses of the Department in accordance with the estimate of current revenues from support in SAP;
• Provides material resources for the activities of the structural subdivisions of the central apparatus of the National Bank of Ukraine, including the workplaces located in the regions of Ukraine;
• Initiates and supports, in accordance with the procedures established in the bank, the preparation and conclusion of contracts for goods and services that fall within the competence of the Department with third-party organizations and supervises their implementation;
• Submits proposals for the annual plan procurement and making changes to the annual procurement plan;
• Participates in the development of the necessary instructions, regulations and other regulatory documents within the scope of his authority..

• Work experience of at least 5 years;
• Full higher technical or economic education in the relevant professional field of knowledge "Electrical engineering and electromechanics" at the master's level of education, specialist;
• Experience in organizing purchases of goods and services.
