Chief specialist, parking inspector in Vinnicka miska rada

Responsibilities:

• implementation of powers in the field of improving road traffic safety, proper compliance with parking rules, stopping and parking of vehicles on the territory of the territorial community;
• development of the city parking space, ensuring the creation of conditions to reduce the load on the city's street and road network;
• considering cases of administrative offenses, in the part of violation of the rules of stopping, parking of vehicles within the boundaries of the urban territorial community, recorded in the photo (video recording) mode;
• interaction with drivers regarding parking rules.

Requirements:

• availability of Ukrainian citizenship;
• availability of a higher education not lower than a bachelor’s degree;
• fluency in Ukrainian language;
• knowledge of current legislation on local self-government issues, service in local self-government bodies and the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses is an advantage;
• knowledge of the Traffic Rules at a high level is an advantage;
• moral and psychological stability, responsibility, attentiveness and sociability, ability to work in a team and complete assigned tasks on time;
• desire learn and develop;
• ability to work on a computer in advanced user mode.

Conditions:

• Official employment
• Social guarantees according to the legislation of Ukraine
• 30 days paid vacation
• Salary: salary, bonus for rank, bonus for years of service (subject to availability)
• Working hours 8:30-17:00
