Public service We are looking for a highly qualified and responsible chief specialist to work in the department of technical support for external users of electronic services for the management of information systems and electronic registers at the Main Office of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Kyiv. Your role will be to provide professional advice and assistance to citizens in matters of pension provision and social protection. Requirements: 1) Education: degree of higher education not lower than a bachelor's degree in the field of knowledge "Information technologies", "Economics", "Sociology", "Mathematics" , "Statistics", "Social Security", "System Analysis", "Automation of Instrumentation", "Electrical Engineering", "Electronics of Telecommunications". 2) Proficiency in the state language. 3) Work experience: not required Working conditions: Duration of working hours is 40 hours per week, five-day work week. The start of working hours is 9 hours 00 minutes. End of working hours by day: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday — 18 hours 00 minutes, Friday — 16 hours 45 minutes. The break starts at 1:00 p.m. and lasts 45 minutes. Providing consultations and explanations to external users of electronic services. Carrying out work related to the entry of data of external users of electronic services of the Pension Fund of Ukraine, which are registered at the Main Office of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Kyiv. Ensuring consideration within the scope of competence department of appeals, statements and complaints of enterprises, institutions and citizens. Compliance with the legislation on information, access to public information, protection of personal data. Formation of monitoring, analysis and generalization of information regarding external users of electronic services of the Pension Fund of Ukraine, preparation of analytical, informational and reporting data of assigned to the competence of the department.
