Chief specialist of the technical support department for external users in Golovne upravlinnya Pensiynogo fondu Ukrayini v m. Kievi

We are looking for a highly qualified and responsible chief specialist to work in the department of technical support for external users of electronic services for the management of information systems and electronic registers at the Main Office of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Kyiv. Your role will be to provide professional advice and assistance to citizens in pension and social security matters.

Requirements:

1. Education: a higher education degree of at least a bachelor's degree in the field of knowledge " Information technologies", "Economics", "Sociology", "Mathematics", "Statistics", "Social security", "System analysis", "Automation of instrumentation", "Electrical engineering", "Electronics of telecommunications".
< li>Proficiency in the state language.
2. Work experience: not required

Work schedule:

working hours 40 hours per week, five days work week. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Friday 9:00 a.m. - 4:45 p.m. Break from 13.00 to 13.45.

Responsibilities:

1. Providing technical support to external users of the electronic services of the Pension Fund of Ukraine.
2. Providing consultations and clarifications to external users of electronic services.
3. Performance of works related to entering the data of external users of the electronic services of the Pension Fund of Ukraine who are registered at the Head Office of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Kyiv.
4. Ensuring consideration within the competence of the department of appeals, statements and complaints of enterprises, institutions and citizens.
5. Compliance with legislation on information, access to public information, protection of personal data.
6. Formation of monitoring, analysis and generalization of information regarding external users of electronic services of the Pension Fund of Ukraine, preparation of analytical, informational and reporting data assigned to the competence of the department.
