We are looking for a highly qualified and responsible chief specialist to work in the department of technical support for external users of electronic services for the management of information systems and electronic registers at the Main Office of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Kyiv. Your role will be to provide professional advice and assistance to citizens in pension and social security matters.

Requirements:

1. Education: a higher education degree of at least a bachelor's degree in the field of knowledge " Information technologies", "Economics", "Sociology", "Mathematics", "Statistics", "Social security", "System analysis", "Automation of instrumentation", "Electrical engineering", "Electronics of telecommunications".
< li>Proficiency in the state language.
2. Work experience: not required

Working conditions:

• Duration of working hours is 40 hours per week , a five-day work week. Start of working hours - 9 hours 00 minutes.
• End of working hours on days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - 18 hours 00 minutes, Friday - 16 hours 45 minutes.
• Break from 1:00 p.m. and lasts 45 minutes.

Responsibilities:

1. Providing technical support to external users of electronic services of the Pension Fund of Ukraine.
2. Providing consultations and explanations to external users of electronic services.
3. Performance of work related to data entry external users of electronic services of the Pension Fund of Ukraine, who are registered in the Head Office of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Kyiv. /li>
4. Compliance with legislation on information, access to public information, protection of personal data.
5. Formation of monitoring, analysis and generalization of information regarding external users of electronic services of the Pension Fund of Ukraine, preparation of analytical, informational and reporting data assigned to the competence of the department.
