Informing the public about changes in the field of pension provision, provision of insurance payments, social services, housing subsidies and benefits, activities of the Main Department with the involvement of structural divisions of the Main Department in this work. Interaction with mass media. Update of the database of mass media in the region (media maps) . Drawing up minutes of meetings of the board of the Main Department, meetings with the head of the Main Department and other events on the instructions of the management.
