We are looking for a Chief specialist of the analytical department of reforms of the management of the coordination of the implementation of the Plan of Ukraine, who is ready to work in a dynamic environment and shares the values ​​of mutual trust , openness and initiative.

Purpose of the position: promotion of successful implementation of the Ukraine Facility program and the process of European integration.

We are looking for a person who will:

• prepare proposals for the formation of the state economic development policy on coordination issues, monitoring, analysis and reporting on the progress of implementation of measures and achievement of the results defined in the Plan of Ukraine within the framework of the implementation of the Ukraine Facility;
• participate in the development of projects of regulatory and legal acts necessary for coordination, monitoring, analysis and reporting on progress implementation of measures and achievement of results specified in the Plan of Ukraine;
• monitor, analyze and verify reports on the progress of implementation and achievement of results by executors of measures specified in the Plan of Ukraine;
• prepare reports, information and documents for control bodies of Ukraine and control bodies of the European Union;
• communicate with representatives of control bodies of Ukraine and control bodies of the European Union;
• cooperate with international donors and international financial institutions to facilitate the implementation of tasks and measures , defined by the Plan of Ukraine;
• prepare responses submitted to the Ministry of Economy for processing, to requests from central executive bodies, local state administrations, local self-government bodies, as well as parliamentary appeals, appeals from business entities, enterprises , institutions, public organizations and citizens on matters of coordination, monitoring, analysis and reporting on the progress of implementation of measures and achievement of results defined in the Plan of Ukraine;
• prepare analytical, information and presentation materials for coordination, monitoring, analysis and reporting on progress in the implementation of measures and achievement of the results defined in the Plan of Ukraine as part of the implementation of the Ukraine Facility

You are suitable if you have:

• higher education of a degree not lower than a junior bachelor or bachelor;
• fluency in the state language;
• proficiency in English for working with documents and communication at a level not lower than B2 .

It will be a plus:

• experience in public service;
• knowledge of the Laws of Ukraine: "On State service", "On the prevention of corruption", "On the ratification of the Association Agreement between Ukraine, on the one hand, and the European Union, the European Atomic Energy Community and their member states, on the other hand", "On international treaties",
• knowledgeI comply with the legislation on financial and internal control
