We are looking for a Chief Specialist of the Public Investment Methodology Department of Public Investment Management who is ready to work in a dynamic environment and shares the values of mutual trust, openness and initiative.

We are looking for a focused professional who can work in a quality- and result-oriented multitasking mode.

Main duties:

1. Development of draft legal acts in the field of public investment management

2. Development of methodological recommendations for the implementation of public investment management reform at the regional and local levels

3. Preparation of the draft medium-term plan of priority public investments of the state

4. Development of industry (sectoral) strategies

 5. Development of appeals and requests of people's deputies, authorities and citizens within the department's competence

You are suitable if you have:

• degree of higher education not lower than bachelor's, junior bachelor's degree
• fluency in the state language
• experience in the field of public investment management experience in the development of normative and methodological documents
• understanding of legislation in the field of public investment management
• high level of communication skills, the ability to work in a team and effectively interact with state and international structures
• proficiency in English for working with documents and communication at the level of B1
