Chief specialist of the property department of the property and non-core assets department in Ukrgazvidobuvannya

JSC "Ukrgazvydobuvannya" is considering resumes of candidates for the position of Chief specialist of the property department of the property and non-core assets department

Responsibilities:

• Participation in conducting an inventory of the Company's property, providing methodological assistance in carrying out a planned or unplanned inventory of the Company's property;
• coordination of the work of branches, regarding orders and preservation of assets during martial law;
• practical assistance to branches regarding the organization of obtaining approvals on matters of property disposal;
• preparation/organization/consolidation and drawing up of reports\information certificates/registers, regarding property issues
• consideration/provision of recommendations/preparation of answers to complaints, appeals, messages, letters, statements regarding issues that are within the competence of the Department;
• accompanying draft contracts for the sale, transfer, lease or other way of disposal of fixed assets, in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine;
• preparation and supporting documents regarding: disposition, alienation or any transfer (rent, loan, easement, leasing, joint activity, etc.) of real estate, purchase, lease of vehicles (including special vehicles);
• administration of state property (inventory, transfer for privatization or other methods of disposal);
• conducting work on coordination and methodological, consulting and documentary support of the responsible units of the Company, branches regarding the disposal of fixed assets, including during martial law in order to carry out military transport duties to meet the needs of the Armed Forces, other military formations formed in accordance with the laws, as well as law enforcement agencies of special purpose, the State Special Transport Service, forced alienation or confiscation of property for the needs of the state, voluntary alienation to the state property, voluntary transfer under a loan agreement for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and TRO;

Requirements for candidates:

• Education: higher legal education (law, jurisprudence).
• Experience in a similar position for at least 3 years. 
• Knowledge of Ukrainian legislation in the field of property relations.
• Experience of working with Megapolis, SAP systems will be an advantage.
