Job duties:

Compilation of forecast performance indicators of educational institutions in the field of culture for the next budget year;

Compilation of annual budget requests for the maintenance and development of the network of educational institutions in the field of culture and the holding of cultural and artistic events;

Checking estimates of educational institutions based on control indicators;

Checking staff lists of educational institutions in the field of culture and changes to them;

Compilation of forecast indicators for educational institutions and cultural and artistic events for passports of budget programs and reports to them; 

Ensuring compilation and analysis of indicators of educational institutions in the field of culture, by network, states and contingent;

Response to appeals from citizens, enterprises, institutions and organizations, officials, requests and appeals of people's deputies, requests for information within the scope of competence.

Processing of contracts, estimates, acts of completed works, executive estimates for the organization and holding of cultural and artistic events and their financing.

Experience as an economist from 1 year.

Mandatory requirements for the candidate

• citizenship of Ukraine;
• educational level - higher education with an educational degree not lower than a bachelor's degree, junior bachelor's degree in economics, finance, accounting and auditing;
• fluency in state in language;

Offered working conditions

1. - Official employment in a civil service position. Work in the office.
2. - Salary - from UAH 20,746.00. Stable payment, twice a month (advance and the main part).
3. - Vacation 30 calendar days a year, the possibility of receiving cash assistance during vacation; paid sick leave.
4. - Continuous training and upgrading of qualifications.
