Knowledge of legislation: Constitution of Ukraine; the Code of Labor Laws; Law of Ukraine "On Civil Service"; Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption"; the Law of Ukraine "On the Legal Regime of Martial Law"; Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated February 6, 2019 No. 106 "On approval of the Regulation on the system of professional training of civil servants, heads of local state administrations, their first deputies and deputies, officials of local self-government and deputies of local councils"; Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 25, 2016 No. 246 "On approval of the procedure for conducting a competition for public service positions"; Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated August 23, 2017 No. 640 "On approval of the Procedure for evaluating the results of official activities of civil servants"; Regulations on the main offices of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, regions, cities of Kyiv and Sevastopol, approved by the Resolution of the Board of the Pension Fund of Ukraine dated December 22, 2014 No. 28-2 (with amendments); The standard regulations on the personnel management service of the state body, approved by the order of the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service Issues dated 03.03.2016 No. 47 (with amendments) and other legislation.
Job duties: 1) organization and coordination of the selection procedure for vacant civil service positions in the Main Department;
2) preparation and submission of reports "Information on labor demand (vacancies)" form No. 3-PN to the employment center; interaction with the employment center.
3) provision of advisory assistance to assessment participants and implementation of measures related to the organization of assessment, including the preparation of relevant project orders;
4) drawing up together with civil servants of the Main Department of individual programs to increase the level of professional competence / individual programs of professional development of civil servants, planning professional training; submission to the head of the Main Department of proposals regarding the organization of professional training to create favorable conditions for the professional development of civil servants;
5) monitoring of existing training programs offered by entities providing educational services in the field of professional training (providers), in particular on the web portal of knowledge management in the field of professional training "Knowledge Management Portal", free online courses for civil servants to undergo self-education, informing about the possibility of training under such programs / online courses of civil servants of the Main Directorate. Accrual and accounting of credits of the European kcredit transfer and accumulation system for professional training by civil servants;
6) implementation of personnel accounting in the "ALPHA. ACCOUNTING" program and personal affairs of civil servants;
7) preparation of documents for encouraging and awarding employees of the Main Department with incentive awards and keeping appropriate records;
8) preparation of information for reporting, informational and analytical materials.
