Tasks awaiting thechief specialist:

prepares and forms reports, analytical information and references on personnel management;

prepares draft responses to appeals from citizens, enterprises, institutions, organizations, officials, requests and appeals of people's deputies, requests for information on personnel management issues;

entering personnel data into the human resources management information system in the civil service (HRMIS);

organization, together with other structural units of the Fund's apparatus, of work on the development regulations on structural divisions of the Fund's staff;

organization of work on the development of job instructions for employees of the Fund's staff, their review for compliance with the requirements established by legislation;

participation in:

implementation measures regarding the procedure for the adaptation of newly appointed civil servants in the Fund;

drafting together with civil servants of the Fund apparatus of individual programs of professional development, studying and summarizing the needs of civil servants in professional training;

work on the internship of civil servants employees and young people;

accompaniment of the full cycle of personnel selection (resume screening/ telephone interviews, interviews).

You are suitable for us if:

have knowledge of the basics of public administration, management of organizations;

have knowledge of the general principles of functioning and use of the system of electronic interaction of executive authorities;

have business etiquette and professional ethics;< /p>

confident PC user, knowledge of standard Microsoft Windows software, Excel, data visualization programs; 

have the skills to work with information and search systems on the Internet and have knowledge of modern technologies.

Obov' mandatory requirements:

citizenship of Ukraine;

degree of higher education not lower than bachelor or junior bachelor;

fluency in the state language.

years of service, an allowance for the rank of a civil servant and a monthly or quarterly bonus in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Civil Service".

Terms of selection and appointment to the position:

appointment to the position is temporary until the appointment of the winner of the competition to this position, but no more than 12 months from the date of termination or cancellation of martial law.
