Job duties:

1. Implementation of measures to organize competitive selection for vacant positions civil service category "B" and "B" in the Department

2. Ensuring the conduct of a special check on persons applying for positions in the Department and verification of the authenticity of information regarding the application of prohibitions provided for parts by the third and fourth Article 1 of the Law of Ukraine "On Purification of Power".

3. Preparation of documents regarding the appointment, transfer and dismissal of the staff of the Department and subordinate cultural institutions.

4. Keeping military records of conscripts, conscripts and reservists, reservation of conscripts.

5. Maintenance of established reporting and accounting documentation, preparation of reports on personnel issues and civil service.

6. Performance of other tasks related to the competence of the department.
