Ensuring an increase in the level of professional competence of civil servants, summarizing the needs for professional training, planning professional training, drafting together with the civil servant an individual professional development program based on the results of the evaluation of his official activity. Participation in the organization of training courses for civil servants, preparation of annual and quarterly reports on improving the qualifications of employees. Preparation of documents regarding recognition and awarding of employees, keeping relevant reports. Fulfillment of other duties stipulated by the legislation on civil service and the Labor Code of Ukraine.
