Requirements:

• Availability of higher education in the direction of "Computer Science" with an educational degree not lower than a bachelor's degree,
• fluency in the state language,
• ready to take without experience,
• computer skills at the level of an experienced user.

Working conditions:

• Official employment.
• Working day Mon-Thurs: from 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.; Fri: from 8.00 to 15.45; lunch break from 12.00 to 12.45.

Duties:

• Implements comprehensive measures for the proper functioning of the Fund's information and communication systems and databases, in particular, carries out regulatory procedures, updates, archiving, storage of databases, distribution of software, implementation of preventive procedures for components of software and hardware complexes, technical and software tools (modules).
• Ensures the direct functioning of information and communication system resources, software and software complexes, network services, servers, network and computer park, databases, services of automated systems, Internet node, web portal, anti-virus and network protection of information and security tools.
• Administers the resources and services of the information and communication system, its software and hardware complexes, technical and software tools (modules), network equipment, computer equipment, databases, information protection systems, electronic communication tools.
• Keeps records of computer equipment and software that are on the balance sheet of the Main Department, operated by the Fund's bodies, prepares documents for write-off of computer equipment that is not subject to further use.
• Ensures functional processes related to: formation and printing of payment documents in the subsystem "Pension and payment of pensions" and the subsystem "Pension and payment of certain social benefits" by data migration.
• Ensures the operation of IR-telephony communications, software and technical support for conference calls and conference call meetings in the Head Office.

The amount of remuneration is determined by articles 50, 52 of the Law of Ukraine "On Civil Service", clauses 11, 13 "Final Provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2025", Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 29, 2023 No. 1409 "Issue of remuneration of civil servants based on the classification of positions in 2025" (from with changes) and taking into account the order of the Ministry of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine dated February 28, 2025 No. 376 "On approval of the List of territories on which hostilities are (were) conducted or temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation" (with changes):

• position salary UAH 15,996.00. in accordance with the staff list;
• supplement to the official salary of 50% (7998.00 UAH) in connection with the inclusion in the List of territories on which hostilities are (were) conducted or temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation;
• salary allowance for rank, length of service in the civil service;
• premium (if established).
