Requirements:

Responsibilities:

Ensure smooth functioning of the local network and computer park of the Main Office of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Cherkasy region (hereinafter - the Main Office), administration of servers, network equipment and user workstations, Internet node services, web portal of electronic services of the Pension Fund of Ukraine (hereinafter - the Fund), automated systems, antivirus and network protection of information, security tools, departmental e-mail, file exchange system.

Perform administration, organizational and methodological support, support, updating and current operation of software, provide access to the information and communication system of the Fund (PPVP, Appeals, Document circulation, etc.), APM OSSV/OSSV2, CS OSSV, CR OSSV, anti-virus protection system, information search system of databases of regulatory documents.

Ensure and control identified user access to electronic registers, databases and subsystems of the Fund's information and communication system using a personal login and password with the aim of ensuring its integrity, preservation and efficiency of data use, constant monitoring of users' access to the resources of the Foundation's information and communication system (based on functional responsibilities of users).

Carry out engineering and technical measures for the deployment and operation of a comprehensive information protection system.

Systematically conduct analysis of the state of security and protection information, check cases of security violations and take measures to minimize the consequences of the violator's actions. Implement technical solutions to prevent information leakage through technical communication channels with the aim of preventing unauthorized access to information.

Responsible for compliance with the security policy in the cryptographic protection of information. To carry out work to ensure the security of information technologies in the nodes of the Foundation's information and communication system.

To ensure the development, implementation, support of operational reporting programs and other software of the structural divisions of the Main Department, to ensure the fulfillment of the tasks set by the Foundation.

Keep records of computer equipment equipment and software that is on the balance sheet of the Main Department, to coordinate activities on issues of legalization of software that is operated by structural units. Cook pproposals and documents for the repair and write-off of computer equipment that is not subject to further use.
