Requirements:

• Higher education in the field of information technology or related specialties;
• Sufficient knowledge of Windows 7, 10, 11 operating systems;
• Experience with office the Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) at the level of a confident user;
• Knowledge of the basics of network protocols (TCP/IP) and the principles of local networks;
• Ability to work with video conferencing equipment and webinars;
• Understanding the basics of data backup and recovery systems;
• Skills to eliminate typical software and hardware failures;
• Communication, ability to work in a team, stress resistance;
• Fluency in the state language.

Working conditions:

• Monday - Thursday from 8:00 to 17:15, Friday from 8: 00 to 16:00;
• work in the center of Konotop;
• official employment and a social package in accordance with the Labor Code.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures the functioning of the Internet in the local network of the Konotop City Council, access to the Internet;
• Takes measures to provide the departments of the Executive Committee of the Konotop City Council with computer equipment, software, means of communication and other office equipment;
• Provides technical support for users of personal computers, updating and reinstalling software, operating systems;
• Provides technical support for office equipment: replacement of cartridges and toners in printers and copiers;
• Provides advisory and methodological assistance to employees of the Executive Committee of the Konotop City Council to increase the level of use of computer equipment, software, office equipment and access to the Internet;
• li>Performs debugging of software, mail programs, document management systems;
• Performs operational tasks and other assignments of the head of the department.
