Main tasks:

• implementation of economic analysis methods and direct implementation of economic analysis of investigation materials for the purpose of consideration by the Committee of cases on the protection of economic competition;
• ensuring the implementation and use of economic analysis tools in the consideration of cases on the protection of economic competition, concentration, provision of state assistance;
• carrying out an assessment of the economic effect of the activities of the Committee’s bodies;
• ensuring periodic review of the Committee’s acts regarding analytical approaches and methods of conducting economic analysis during investigations and research conducted by the Committee’s bodies;
• regarding specific business entities and authorities, determined by the mandate of the Committee’s Chairman, participation in the evaluation and preparation of submissions and orders on the initiation of cases, preparation information requests, submissions on preliminary conclusions and draft decisions of Committee bodies, presentation of economic evidence in courts.

Requirements for the candidate:

• higher economic/legal education with an educational degree not lower than a junior bachelor, bachelor (we consider candidates without work experience, including senior students);
• fluency in the state language;
• knowledge of legislation on the protection of economic competition;
• confident use of Microsoft Office programs, in particular Microsoft Excel for data analysis (pivot tables, formulas, basic data analysis tools).

Will an advantage:

• economic education or specialization in the field of economic analysis, enterprise economics, applied economics, economic cybernetics or econometrics;
• work experience in the analytical field.

Terms of appointment:

• appointment to the position is temporary until the appointment of the winner of the competition to this position, but no more than 12 months from the date of termination or cancellation of martial law.
