Position: chief specialist of the Nature Reserve Fund Development Department of the Nature Reserve Fund Development and Green Economy Department of the Department of Environmental Protection and Adaptation to Climate Change. Main job duties: consideration of petitions on the need to create or declare territories and objects of the Nature Reserve Fund of local significance and the preparation of letters based on the results of the review; participation in the development of projects for the creation of regional landscape parks, protected tracts, as well as sanctuaries, natural monuments and parks-monuments of horticultural art of local significance; development of draft regulations on territories and objects objects of the nature reserve fund of local significance and projects for the organization of regional landscape parks; maintenance of the State Cadastre of territories and objects of the nature reserve fund located within / on the territory of the city of Kyiv; preparation and submission of petitions for the creation or declaration of territories and objects of natural - the conservation fund of national importance; processing of documents on issues related to the use of natural resources within the territories and objects of the nature reserve fund; issuing protection obligations to enterprises, institutions, organizations and citizens in the territories and objects of natural of the protected fund or its part; participation in the preparation of the ecological passport of the city of Kyiv; participation in the preparation of information on restrictions on the use of land plots; participation in the preparation of technical tasks for the development of land management documentation regarding the organization and establishment of boundaries of territories and objects of the nature reserve fund ;participation in ensuring the implementation of state policy in the field of protection, use and reproduction of the animal world;consideration in accordance with the procedure established by law of appeals and requests from enterprises, institutions, organizations, deputies and citizens on issues related to environmental protection legislation, territories and objects of nature reserves Fund of the city of Kyiv. Candidate requirements: higher education, preferably in a specialized field (specialties: ecology, forestry and horticulture, geodesy and land management), fluency in the state language; knowledge of specialized legislation and the ability to work with cartographic materials; the ability to use according to the data of the State Land Cadastre; preferably, experience in the development and implementation of regional and local schemes and programs for the development of eco-networks; a confident user of basic Microsoft Office software; experience working with a large amount of information; the ability to solve complex tasks and work with multitasking.
