The Bureau of Economic Security of Ukraine is looking for a highly qualified and focused chief specialist of the Department of Telecommunications Technologies and Communications of the Department of Digital Development, Digital Transformations and Digitalization.
We are looking for an expert who will lead the direction of telecommunications technologies and communications. Your task is to build a stable and secure IT infrastructure of the Security Service of Ukraine, implement advanced solutions in the field of data transmission, and ensure the cyber security of the Department's information resources. style="font-weight: 700">in PDF format until 01/20/2026!
Job duties:
Technical support and operation of IT infrastructure
Implementation, development and modernization of IT solutions
Consulting and organizational activities
Workstation and software support Confident use of Windows 10/11 operating systems. Setup and maintenance of user accounts, workstations, peripherals, local and network printers. Basic understanding and application of Group Policies (GPOs). Active Directory Practical skills in working with Active Directory at a basic level, including creating, locking and unlocking accounts, resetting passwords, working with security groups, joining computers to a domain. Understanding of organizational unit (OU) structure and the role of AD in a domain infrastructure. Microsoft 365 Skills in working with Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online (mailbox management, basic settings) and Microsoft Teams (user support, initial diagnostics). Understanding of Microsoft 365 licensing, multi-factor authentication, and user-level conditional access. Network technologies and network access Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and user and device authentication mechanisms (802.1X). Ability to identify and troubleshoot common local area network and Wi-Fi access issues. Printing and Peripherals Experience connecting, configuring, and maintaining network printers, installing drivers, troubleshooting common printing errors, and working with print queues. IP Telephony Basic IP Telephony support skills, including configuring and registering devices, troubleshooting common communication issues. Understanding of SIP and VoIP principles would be an advantage. HelpDesk and user support Experience in receiving and processing user appeals, classifying incidents and requests, escalating appeals to the second line of support, keeping records of completed work and accompanying documentation.
