The main tasks, duties and powers: participates in the implementation and implementation of projects within the limits of his competence; monitors the websites of relevant organizations that summarize and update grant competitions in which you can participate; carries out grant writing of sources of financing investment projects; participates in the preparation of concepts , programs, plans and strategies for the development of the territorial community; cooperation with community organizations, local authorities, communal enterprises, other institutions and associations of citizens with the approval of the mayor, prepares project applications for grants in the field of socio-economic, cultural, ecological, energy-efficient development of the Novovolinsk territorial community; carries out the accumulation and appropriate archiving of information about successful projects implemented thanks to participation in regional or local grant competitions and programs, projects of inter-municipal cooperation, as a result of receiving grants from embassies of other states in accordance with special programs of "small grants", joint programs of EU frameworks or international programs; within the limits of its competence participates in the implementation of energy-saving technologies, measures to popularize effective and economical consumption of fuel and energy resources in institutions and warehouses of the budgetary sphere; carries out other assignments of the head of the department; performs the duties of another chief specialist of the department in his absence.
