Overview:

Ukrainian Institute of National Memory is a central body of executive power with a special status that ensures the formation and implementation of state policy in the field of national memory of the Ukrainian people, whose activities are directed and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. The vacancy involves work in the project name of the project, if any. 

• analysis of legislation in the field of civil service on matters of record keeping

• maintenance of an electronic document database and participation in the audit of record keeping

• verification of compliance with the procedure for working with electronic documents by the structural divisions of the institution

• implementation of technical support for users of the information and communication system;

• implementation of comprehensive provision of proper functioning of the information and communication system of human resources management HRMIS resources (clearing the cache; creating and deleting users; updating the nomenclature of cases, etc.);

• maintaining an electronic archive.

Mandatory requirements:

• higher education in the field of business administration, jurisprudence, public administration, personnel management, information technologies;

• work experience in the field of management stafffrom 1 year;

• fluency in the Ukrainian language;

• skills in working with ASKOD;

• ability to learn quickly, communicate effectively with team members.
