Working conditions: full time

Work schedule: from Monday to Friday 

Salary terms:

  1. official salary — 27727 UAH.;
  2. increment to the official salary for the rank of civil servant;
  3. increments, allowances, bonuses and compensations in accordance with Article 52 of the Law of Ukraine "On Public Service", the Law of Ukraine "On The State Budget of Ukraine for 2026"

Job responsibilities:

  • Documentation of civil service by preparing orders of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on the appointment, transfer, dismissal of heads of territorial bodies and divisions, their deputies, assignment to them of regular ranks of civil servants in the following territorial bodies of the DMS:

    - GU DMS in Donetsk Oblast

    - UDMS in Zhytomyr Oblast

    - GU DMS in Zakarpattia Oblast

    - UDMS in Zaporizhia Oblast

    - UDMS in Kirovohrad Oblast

    - UDMS in Luhansk oblast

    - UDMS in Poltava Oblast

    - UDMS in Kherson Oblast

    - UDMS in Khmelnytskyi Oblast

    - UDMS in Cherkasy Oblast.
  • Preparation of draft responses to requests from central executive authorities, local self-government bodies, as well as enterprises, institutions, organizations, lawyers and citizens from issues related to the activities of the department.
  • Formation and maintenance of copies of personal files of heads of territorial bodies, subdivisions of the DMS, their deputies, heads of enterprises, institutions, organizations belonging to the sphere of management of the DMS, making changes to them related to work activities, changing accounting data and personal documents.
  • Performance of the competition for filling vacant positions of civil servants, the appointment of which is carried out by the Head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
  • Ensuring the implementation of measures for the implementation and use of automated information systems.
  • Actorganizes the generalization and preparation of departmental information on the participants of the ATO, who work in the bodies of the State Security Service.
  • Preparation of documents regarding the conduct of a special check on persons applying for the positions of heads of territorial bodies and subdivisions of the State Security Service, their deputies, positions of heads of enterprises, institutions, organizations belonging to the sphere of management of the Security Service of the State Security Service, and the verification of the reliability of information regarding the application prohibitions provided by parts three and the fourth of Article 1 of the Law of Ukraine "On Purification of Power" regarding persons applying for the above-mentioned positions.
  • Performance of other assignments of the Management.
