The Executive Committee of the Mariupol City Council is looking for a chief specialist of the department of international cooperation and protocol work

What we want to see in a candidate

• complete higher education (master / specialist);

• understanding of legislation in the field of local self-government, anti-corruption and access to public of information;

• confident command of the Ukrainian language;

• work with Microsoft Office and modern communication tools;

• ability to work with information and in multitasking;

• organization, diplomacy, responsibility;

• analytical skills + ability to conduct business negotiations;

• work experience from 1 year (but if there is cool project experience - we will also consider).

What will you do

• organize and conduct international correspondence;

• accompany foreign delegations and partners;

• prepare documents on international cooperation and help in the formation delegations;

• coordinate the execution of management protocol assignments;

• be a point of contact between the city council and international organizations.
