To summarize and analyze the work experience of maintaining the register of insured persons of the State Register of mandatory state social insurance, information and analytical systems and other electronic registers. To participate in the development of projects of organizational and administrative documents of the Main Department, preparation within the limits of their competence of analytical and informational materials, compilation of operational and statistical reporting based on the data of the subsystems of the information and communication system of the Pension Fund of Ukraine. mandatory state social insurance. Carry out organizational and technical measures aimed at updating the data in the registration cards of insured persons of the Register of Insured Persons of the State Register of Mandatory State Social Insurance and the status of payment of contributions in the cards of insured persons, to promote the elimination of data discrepancies in registers and databases.

Support the exchange of information of the Register of Insured Persons information and analytical systems, other electronic registers and databases. To provide individuals, legal entities and structural divisions of the Main Department with information specified by law. 

Consider/participate in consideration of requests, appeals, statements and complaints of enterprises, institutions and citizens, identify and eliminate the reasons that lead to complaints by citizens.
