We are looking for a Chief Specialist of the Financial Operations Department who is ready to work in a dynamic environment and shares the values of mutual trust, openness and initiative.

We seek to find a goal-oriented professional who can work in a multi-tasking mode, focused on quality and result.

Main duties:

1. Accounting of operations under budget programs, execution of memorial orders

2. Carry out operations in the national currency and process primary documents related to their payment

3. Analyze the implementation of budget programs and the use of budget funds

Qualification requirements:

1. degree of higher education not lower than bachelor, junior bachelor
2. fluency in the state language experience in the field of accounting in budget institutions
3. preferably experience in working with regulatory and methodical documents on issues accounting
4. understanding of legislation in the field of accounting
5. high level of communication skills, ability to work in a team and effectively interact with state and international structures

Knowledge of:

Constitution of Ukraine

Law of Ukraine "On Public Service"

Law of Ukraine "On Prevention corruption"

Law of Ukraine "On accounting and financial reporting in Ukraine"

National provisions (standards) of accounting

Plan of accounts of accounting in the public sector and other accounting legislation
