The Bureau of Economic Security of Ukraine is looking for an experienced specialist to strengthen our team!

This role is key to ensuring the information security of the Bureau, covering the coordination of measures to protect state secrets, analysis of the regulatory framework, monitoring the activities of territorial administrations and providing them with methodical support. Job duties:

• Support of the permit procedure: Preparation of the packages of documents necessary for the BEB and its territorial offices to obtain special permits for carrying out activities related to state secrets.
• Control and verification activities: Analysis and inspections of the status of the state secret protection organization in the BEB territorial offices, assessment of compliance by officials with the requirements legislation.
• Monitoring the elimination of violations: Control over the correction of deficiencies identified during inspections and the preparation of proposals to the Department's management for the adoption of appropriate management decisions.
• Inventory and accounting: Participation in the work of expert commissions during quarterly and general inspections of the availability of material media of classified information (IMI).
• Prevention of information leakage: Identifying and blocking the channels of leakage of classified information, performing analytical work on the state of security and implementing the necessary regulatory measures "Law" will be an advantage

• 2 years of experience in the field of state secret protection. Access to state secrets will be an advantage

• Fluent command of the state language;
• Level of command of the English language B2+;
• Competencies Analytical abilities (ability to evaluatetake risks and predict consequences), systematic approach, high responsibility, meticulousness in working with documents, communication skills (for training and coordination)
